CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 10(FSH) Relating to the                                           
management of the Bering Sea/Aleutian Islands and Gulf of Alaska                                    
groundfish fisheries and the protection and restoration of the Steller                              
sea lion, was read the second time.                                                                 
                                                                                                    
Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                            
resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.                                
Without objection, it was so ordered.                                                               
                                                                                                    
CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 10(FSH) was read the
